Privacy Notice

This is a pilot/demo privacy notice for ChatterCert. It explains what may be stored during a controlled demo or pilot and what we expect from users.

Do not submit real sensitive fan data unless it has been separately approved for the pilot.

What ChatterCert is

ChatterCert is a conversation QA and triage layer for AI-assisted creator chat teams.

It helps review drafts, practice scenarios, and calibration notes used by owners and chatters.

What may be stored

  • Agency and user account data
  • Creator profile configuration
  • Scenarios
  • Practice attempts
  • Draft review inputs and outputs
  • Human calibration notes

AI dependency

Draft review and scoring may be sent to OpenAI or another configured AI provider so the product can generate review feedback.

Logs and safety

The application should not intentionally log secrets, API keys, fan messages, or AI drafts.

If you see something sensitive in logs, treat it as a bug and remove it before a broader pilot.

Data deletion

Pilot data can be deleted on request when the project owner or ChatterCert admin is able to process the request.
